Billing & cancellation
- Cancel anytime, online: in the app go to Settings → Account → Manage or Cancel Subscription. It opens your secure Stripe billing portal — cancel with one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for; no further charges.
- Prefer email? Send "Cancel my TalkBoard subscription" from your account email and we'll cancel within one business day.
- Receipts & card changes: same billing portal (Settings → Account → Manage or Cancel Subscription).
- Plans: Basic $5/month (300 AI requests), Pro $10/month (750 AI requests) and Unlimited $20/month (unlimited AI requests, subject to fair use) renew monthly until cancelled; Free includes 15 one-time demo requests with our built-in AI. Details in the Terms.
Your data
- Export: Settings → Account → Export My Data downloads your account info, macros, and stored commands.
- Delete: Settings → Account → Delete Account permanently removes your account, commands, macros, reports, and plan, and cancels any subscription. Or email us and we'll do it.

Bugs, consoles, and feature requests
- Use the bug-report button in the app (it attaches the app version and console type), or email us with steps to reproduce.
- Supported consoles are listed on the home page; Behringer WING and Soundcraft Si are in development. Missing a desk? Tell us which one.

A note on safety
TalkBoard is a tool, not an engineer. AI output can be wrong — check what it sends on a live system (switch on Show Mode in Settings → General to confirm each change first), keep scene backups, and use the macro-lockdown mode for shows. If you ever need to talk to someone, not about audio: in the US call or text 988.
