Questions people ask.

Does the Midas M32 have voice control built in?

No M32 model does. TalkBoard adds voice and typed plain-English control from a Mac or Windows computer over your network — hold the spacebar, say the command, and the real console command is sent to the desk.

Does TalkBoard work with the rack-mount M32C?

Yes. M32, M32R and M32C are all supported. The M32C has no control surface, so a desktop app that takes plain English — spoken or typed — is a natural way to run it.

Can I undo a mistake on the M32?

TalkBoard can undo the last change its AI made — supported on the M32 and X32 families only. It can’t undo changes made on the console’s own surface.

Can I use it with M32-Edit instead of a real console?

Yes. TalkBoard drives M32-Edit (and X32-Edit) running on a computer as a virtual console, so you can prep a show file or practice commands with no hardware attached. How that works →
